(aka “the neighborhood cat lady”)
Hi! I’m Lee. Because I’ve attempted to be a good neighbor to cats in need, I’ve been called “the neighborhood cat lady”.
The cats you see here now needing re-homing have been adopted by and/or cared for by me after their humans (my neighbors) died and/or moved away.
Some are pets, companions. Others are outside kitties needing appropriate care, safety, shelter in some proximity to and connection to humans.
When I found out that where I and the cats live is not a “fur-ever” situation thus requiring me to relocate, I created the website letsgohomekitty.com to get the word out about these cats. I can’t take them with me as I don’t even know where I will live.
They all in their own ways have so much to offer in return for just enough decent food, water, shelter, and care. And each cat has an interesting story which you can check out here.
